We set up The Sales Resolution to help businesses make more money from their sales. Audrey’s whole career has been in sales, from a beginning on the shop floor to positions as sales director. Her experience covers sectors from home improvements to cosmetic surgery and includes well-known national companies such as British Gas, Sharps Bedrooms and HomeServe. Audrey also served as interim managing director for a division of a large, national company.

Described by her clients and colleagues as inspirational and innovative, Audrey specialises in creating outstanding sales teams and successfully delivering change.

Jerry MooreAssociate
Jerry has an outstanding track record of delivering substantial growth. He started his career in sales selling direct to customers in their homes and went on to head of sales positions, most notably transforming the central heating installation division at British Gas.

Before branching out as a consultant, Jerry was managing director of a £60 million company that is now part of Carillion plc. Since then he has worked with companies like Everest Home Improvement, helping develop new divisions and national sales teams.
